2015 Range Rover Sport Spied

The high-performance RS version of the 2014 Range Rover Sport has been spied testing on tracks in Europe. The new to-be variant appears to have a more aggressive body line and front end. The new headlamp structure along with a newly defined hood line, bigger bumpers and bigger air intake scoops.

Reports for internal changes include engine options including a V8 5.0-liter supercharged engine outputting somewhere in the region of 550 HP (405 kW) and 501 lb-ft (680 Nm). The current Supercharged version has 510 HP (375 kW) and does 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 5 seconds so the RS version should accomplish the task in around 4.8s.The Sport R-S is expected to hit showrooms sometime in spring 2014, either as a late-introduction 2014 or a 2015 model. Market availability is unknown, but considering the New York City metro area is the number one market for the Range Rover Sport worldwide, the new variant will hit the US markets first.

As far as India is concerned, we are still awaiting the first edition of the revised Range Rover Sport.
