Leaked Images of the All-New Mercedes-Benz SL Surface Ahead of Global Launch

Mercedes-Benz has graciously teased us with images of the all-new Mercedes-Benz SL ahead of the global launch next week. The front fascia of the car shows a bold, aggressive look and also sporting a diamond grille.

The new Mercedes-Benz SL will not see a major facelift in comparison to the outgoing model, but it will come with a few upgrades, especially to the front end and interiors. The company hasn’t revealed any details about the interiors yet. The biggest change to the front end seems to be the new headlights and textured grille.

Full specs of the car will be revealed next week at the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show, but there shouldn’t be any radical changes under the hood. The new SL is expected to get the same engine as the current V6 and V8. The 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 produces 333bhp and 480Nm of torque, while the V8 produces 455bhp and 700Nm of torque.

The Mercedes-Benz SL hasn’t been launched in India yet and it remains to be seen whether the carmaker will bing the new model to the Indian market.
