BMW X3 xDrive SUV Line Now Has A Sport Variant
The BMW X3 xDrive SUV line now has a sporty variant with the German carmaker declaring the launch of the X3 xDrive 30d M Sport. Produced locally at BMW’s plant in Chennai, the X3 30d M Sport is powered by a three-litre six-cylinder in-line diesel engine which is able of delivering 258 hp and maximum torque of 560 Nm. This upgraded engine upgrades on the current 20d’s performance, taking just under 6 seconds to hit 100 kmph. The diesel mill is mated to an eight-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission with Cruise Control. The car also comes with the BMW Driving Experience Control switch which gives the driver four driving styles to pick from.
The exteriors prominently feature the M aerodynamic package featuring body-coloured trim on the wheel arches, doors and bumpers, dark shadow metallic diffuser and side sills with added lighting. The characteristic M logo is illuminated on the sides along with the BMW Individual high-gloss Shadow line. The internal elements comprise sport seats, M leather steering wheel and Pearl paint Anthracite upholstery along with Panorama glass roof.
The M Sport comes with rear and front park range control and rear view camera as regular options. In addition, it also incorporates the next generation of BMW’s touch-enabled iDrive, combined GPS with 3D maps and a surround sound system from Harman Kardon.
The new BMW X3 xDrive30d M Sport is available at an ex-showroom price of ₹59,90,000 in Delhi.
