Mahindra XUV500 W8 Xclusive Edition With Sunroof Launched in India

Mahindra’s popular SUV, the XUV, gets an exclusive edition in India – the XUV500, the W8 Xclusive Edition. Only 700 units of these limited edition XUV’s will be manufactured based on the W8 trim. It gets a slew of cosmetic changes along with more equipment.

The XUV500 W8 Xclusive edition gets an electric sunrooof and electrically adjustable driver’s seat. Other new features include internet connectivity for the infotainment system, voice messaging system, reversing camera, illuminated scruff plates, grey alloy wheels, aluminium pedals along with an hydraulic assisted bonnet. It also gets anti pinch driver window with express up and down and an optional 6-way adjustable driver seat.

Meanwhile, the SUV’s internal mechanicals remain the same with the same 2.2 litre mHawk diesel engine mated to a six speed gearbox.

The limited edition XUV500 will be available in two versions – the Xclusive Edition priced at Rs. 14.49 lakh, while the Xclusive Editon (with six way powered driver’s seat) is priced at Rs 14.65 lakh.
