Suzuki Launches Hayabusa Z Limited Edition for the Indian Market

Suzuki has announced a limited edition version of its manic sports bike – the Hayabusa Z. The limited edition variant sports some minor tweaks and will be available until March 31, 2015.

The Hayabusa Z gets a new Yoshimura Slip-on R-77J carbon-end exhaust along with two new colour schemes – Pearl Vigor Blue with Metallic Mystic Silver (ASU) and Pearl Bracing White with Metallic Mystic Silver. Suzuki claims that the new changes will further bolster the overall performance of the bike.

The bike gets powered by the same four stroke 1,340 cc in-line four cylinder engine churning out a maximum power output 197bhp at 10,200rpm with a peak torque of 154Nm.

The Yoshimura Slip-on R-77J carbon-end exhaust addition to the legendary Hayabusa is a modification that has been on the wish list of Indian biking affcionados for a long time. We are extremely proud to have done this for the Hayabusa, reinforcing our commitment to the valued Indian rider.

The limited edition Hayabusa Z is priced at Rs. 16.20 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is around Rs. 25,000 more than the standard variant. In addition, limited customers will also be entitled to additional goodies from the company which includes a scale model of the Yohimura Hayabusa X1 and a racing calender.
