Kawasaki Ninja H2 Now Open for Bookings
All you speed junkies out there, get your biking gears on as the first batch of the Kawasaki Ninja H2 is now up for bookings. Kawasaki dealers have confirmed that bookings have started for the 200bhp H2 for Rs. 10 lakh while delivery of the same will commence in March 2015.
The bike is priced at Rs. 32 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). As per a report by AutocarIndia, the first batch had five bikes in total, out of which four have already been booked. The booking is open only for the next two days, which leaves you with less than 48 hours to get your hands on that last bike.
For those who could not book the first five bikes for grabs, no need to get disheartened as the registration process still continues. However, there is no exact notification about when will the bike will be delivered.
The India-bound Kawasaki Ninja H2 is a commercial version that sports a turbocharged engine, but in a lower tuning. The bike gets inspiration from the manic pro racer, the 295bhp Ninja H2R, which is theoretically the most powerful motorbike ever manufactured.
The bike has already received a rave response in the Indian market, with 4 out of 5 initial offerings already booked. India apparently has now become an important market for bike manufacturers, and soon we could be one of the most prolific bike markets in the world.
