Mercedes Benz Brings Out GLA45 AMG in India for Rs. 69.6 Lakh

Continuing with the frequent launches of the AMG powered cars this year, Mercedes Benz has added another car under its cap with the launch of the new GLA45 AMG. With the standard GLA-Class already racking up sizable bookings, the GLA45 AMG too is likely to follow with its practical compact SUV yet powerful AMG approach. The new GLA45 AMG is essentially the performance version of GLA-Class, which made its India debut recently. The new car gets the same engine as CLA 45 AMG. The Mercedes-Benz GLA45 AMG features more muscular styling as compared to its normal versions. Deeper bumpers and larger air intakes combined with a grey chin spoiler make it look like a serious performance SUV.

Around the back, the GLA45 AMG features a set of typical AMG quad exhausts and an inbuilt diffuser. The large 19-inch wheels complete the overall look and design of the car. The car is powered with the 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, direct-injection petrol engine, which churns out a massive power of 355bhp and a peak torque of 450Nm. The engine comes coupled to the AMG SpeedShift DCT 7-speed sports transmission and can accelerate 0-100kmph in 4.8 seconds with a top-speed of 250kmph.

The Mercedes Benz GLA45 has been appreciated for its user friendly nature and high ground clearance which is the most sought out feature for Indian roads. With even higher ground clearance GLA45 AMG will surely be a hero among the luxury SUV lovers.
