Mitsubishi Pajero Sport Limited Edition Arrives in India

The Mitsubishi Pajero is a legendary car. It has proved its metal on roads and off roads around the world. The car has been around for over four decades and has evolved with the times. The two tone colored Pajero was one of the most badass variants of the SUV. The rugged design of the car was one of a kind and easily recognizable in a crowd of SUV’s of its time. Mitsubishi saw the love this country had for that car and has brought a limited edition Pajero that takes on the colors of its predecessor.

The latest incarnation of the Pajero known as the Pajero Sport has a much sleeker look, and the rawness of the older generation was missing. It doesn’t look a lot different from the number of SUV’s already in the market. So Mitsubishi brought out the Pajero Sport Limited Edition, which dons the iconic two-tone colors.

Apart from the color, the Limited edition variant comes with turn indicators integrated on the wing mirrors that differentiate it from the regular model. It also gets a chiller in the boot and a DVD system with two screens for rear-seat passengers.

Under the hood, everything remains the same. The car is powered by the 2.5 litre engine that powers the regular Pajero sport. It churns out 175bhp and 400Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The car has four wheel drive so you can get the most out of that off-roading trip.

The car is available for a price of 23.99 Lakh, which is a slight increment over the regular Pajero Sport. The car comes in two color options; Red-White and Yellow-White. The car is a great combination of the old and the new versions of this popular SUV. The roads would definitely look good with some strong colors on them, and hopefully this limited edition series will become a staple in Mitsubishi’s stables.
