Volkswagen India Introduces New App to Help Customers Stay Connected
German auto major Volkswagen has always been keen to improve customer relations. Staying true to this philosophy, the company has introduced a new smartphone app to offer vital information to both existing and new customers in India.
The new app includes information on sales promotions, after-sales offers and gives direct access to information on company networks. It is compatible with both Android and iOS based devices. In addition to this, it also gives out details of labour charges at Volkswagen service centers, roadside assistance and emergency contact details.
With the help of updated customer care contact details, prospective buyers can also book a test drive of their favourite Volkswagen vehicles. Also, the mobile application enables Volkswagen’s existing and prospective customers to get their queries addressed, and also get information and updates on Volkswagen’s India line-up of cars.

In the past, Volkswagen has been criticised for bad customer services and expensive spare parts. However, the company has pulled its socks to change that perception. The launch of this app is a part of the reform strategy company has opted for recently.
